What if I've already trialed CoachNow+ or CoachNow PRO? Can I still start a 7 day trial of CoachNow Analyze?

Yes, everyone is eligible to start a 7-day trial of CoachNow Analyze in the App Store or Google Play Store. CoachNow Analyze is a mobile-only membership.

Will my card be charged at the end of my 7-day trial?

Yes. CoachNow Analyze is billed directly through the iOS and Android App Stores. If you're looking to cancel your CoachNow Analyze subscription, you can easily do so in your device's subscription settings.

What happens if when I hit the 250 item limit for my Cloud Library?

Your cloud library has a 250-item limit. Once full, you cannot add new items until you free up space.

How to Manage a Full Cloud Library:

Delete Items: Remove unnecessary items to instantly free up space.

Download to Local Storage: Download items to your device to keep copies while freeing cloud space.

Tip: Keep your library organized and clutter-free for easier access to coaching resources and athlete data.

What happens to my content if I don't renew my membership?

Your content will remain in your cloud library after your membership ends (up to 250 videos), but you won't be able to create new content.

You'll also won't be able to use advanced video tools to edit past content.

Can I coach my athletes with CoachNow Analyze?

You can create up to 3 Spaces in CoachNow Analyze. You can use these Spaces to coach athletes, just as you would in a CoachNow PRO or CoachNow+ plan.

However, if you're a coach wanting to use CoachNow in your business, we highly recommend subscribing to CoachNow+ or CoachNow PRO. These memberships give you the ability to add unlimited athletes to your account, and includes tools purpose-built to streamline your coaching and grow your business.

What if I have a current subscription with CoachNow PRO or CoachNow+?

If you're downgrading to CoachNow Analyze, be aware of these limitations:

Spaces: You'll be limited to three Spaces. Any additional Spaces from your current plan will be removed.

Cloud Library: If you have more than 250 items, you cannot create new content. Existing content remains accessible.

Lost Features: You'll lose access to templates, lists, Groups, and scheduled posts—features designed for advanced communication and automation.

Key Difference: CoachNow Analyze focuses on video analysis, while CoachNow+ and CoachNow PRO offer broader business management tools.
