2025 - Key Features We've Released So Far

This year, our team has been focused on building tools that make coaching simpler, faster, and more impactful, and we’ve rolled out some game-changing updates along the way.

From the launch of CoachNow Academy, to Multicam, Athlete Profiles, and more, we’ve been working hard to give you more ways to connect, communicate, and improve.

Today, we’re taking a moment to highlight the biggest updates we’ve launched so far this year.

Introducing CoachNow Academy

CoachNow Academy is our newest membership, launched for coaches, facilities, and academies looking to centralize their coaching business and offer a consistent experience to their athletes.

CoachNow Academy merges CoachNow's industry-leading coaching and video analysis features with team-based scheduling, facility calendar, and roster management. 

Here’s an overview of the features available to CoachNow Academy members:

One of CoachNow Academy’s key features, Scheduling & Facility Calendar, allows you to create invoices and collect payments for scheduled sessions, directly in CoachNow.

With Billing & Programming, you can create one-time packages or recurring subscriptions, purchasable directly on your Coach Profile. 

Third Party Integrations easily connect CoachNow with existing club systems and calendars, ensuring seamless operations between platforms.

View Tracking, Read Receipts, and Smart Lists track golfer engagement with your coaching content by utilizing Engagement Insights.

Multicam

Multicam is designed to give you and your athletes even more insight with every rep. 

We’ve released it for you to try in Beta, but have more improvements coming very soon to improve your experience.

With Multicam, you can now:

-Use multiple cameras on a single movement
-Analyze form and technique from every perspective
-Deliver even clearer, more impactful feedback

Whether you're breaking down a swing, a lift, or another type of movement, Multicam makes it easier than ever to coach with context.

Payments & Subscriptions

With the release of CoachNow 7.0, we also rolled out one of our most requested features: Payments and Subscriptions—now directly in the CoachNow app.

Until now, coaches using Stripe for billing could only list their offers through the web, leaving athletes to navigate away from the app to make a purchase. 

But with this update, all your offers are now visible and purchasable directly inside the CoachNow app, making it easier than ever for athletes to book, pay, and stay connected.

Offers Badge on Your Profile

When you create offers (like a subscription or session package) through Stripe, a new badge will appear on your Coach Profile in-app. This badge displays how many active offers you have, making it simple for connected athletes to discover and purchase them, right where they’re already spending their time.

Athlete Profiles

We also made a significant upgrade to athlete profiles (web app only).

You can:

• View an athlete’s complete booking and purchase history
  

• See their current subscriptions
  

• Know which programs or sessions they’ve completed

• Quickly check what’s upcoming, all in one place

Currently, athletes can see their payments and subscriptions in Settings. Coaches can use the Billing tab to see where people are subscribed.

Coming Soon, each athlete will have a dropdown menu in their Space, showing their bookings & programs (past and future), payments, and subscriptions.

This feature gives you instant context for each athlete, helping you deliver more personalized and organized coaching.

What’s Coming Next

The CoachNow team is already working on even more updates, which will include:

• Linking a purchase (like a 5-pack of sessions) to a scheduling system

• Automatic tracking of session usage (e.g., "2 of 5 used")

• Attaching lessons to packages for easier tracking and management

You’ll also soon be able to filter your Spaces by subscription status, making it easier to manage who’s actively enrolled in which offer.

Currently Available in CoachNow Academy

At launch, these new billing and subscription features are exclusive to CoachNow Academy users. But don’t worry—they’re coming to CoachNow PRO in a future update.
