We’re excited to announce new features designed to simplify your coaching and grow your business: saving credit cards on file, booking controls, and the facility calendar.
For Coaches, being able to save credit cards on file makes both you and your athlete’s payment experience simplified and easier than ever before.
With the facility calendar, admins and coach admins can see and manage other coach availability and booking options.
For Athletes, you now have a card at the top of your account, showing what upcoming sessions you have, as well as your purchase options.
Let’s take a closer look at what’s new.
When you go to book a session with somebody, there’s a new screen where you can choose from a couple of different payment methods.
You can select to charge the card on file, now or after the session is over. Alternatively, you can also send an invoice, now or after the session is complete.
If you’re creating an offline session, you now have the option to mark the session as ‘paid’ now, or you can mark it as ‘unpaid’, save it and edit later to update as ‘paid’.
Additionally, when you have a package, you can assign the package to someone and charge their card on file.
If an athlete wants to book a new session, there is now an option to “Save my information for faster checkout” (this box is checked by default), making checkout easier for both you and them.
When you access your facility calendar (as an admin), you'll now notice each coach’s name has a gear icon next to it. When you click it, you’ll see each coach’s booking options and their availability. You can also go in and adjust these for them.

You can now also reorder the way your coaches appear to customers (see below).
Simply navigate to the ‘Users’ tab in your Admin Settings, select the ‘Reorder’ button, drag the coaches into the correct order, and press ‘Save’.
Athletes now have a card at the top of their home page where it says what sessions they have upcoming, purchase options, and they have the ability to book a new session.
These features are all designed to help you run your business, spend less time on admin tasks and more time actually coaching.
Whether you’re managing your coaches’ schedules with Facility Calendar, setting up automated invoices, or assigning packages to a specific athlete, all of these updates were frequently requested and will simplify your day-to-day.
